St. Patty's Day Pop-up Farm to Table Dinner

Join me for a St. Patty’s Day themed 4 course meal paired with hand-crafted cocktails. A whimsical foodie event with quirky designs elements to tickle the senses! Support local while celebrating the Luck of the Irish and you might just win a pot of gold...each guest will leave with a unique gift!

All sponsors are local chicago start-ups and entrepreneurs. A portion of each ticket will go to Culinary Care, an excellent non-profit in Chicago that delivers free meals to cancer patients and their families.

I'm collaborating with Sarah Arel, founder of Chefmade, to create a four-course meal paired with hand-crafted cocktails around a St. Patty's Day theme. There may be a cotton candy machine involved with green Irish cream flavoring.

Flowers for Dreams
Locally crafted flower arrangements. 1/4th of their profits are donated to local charities every month.

CCF is a start-up company that recycles liquor bottles from Chicago bars to create organic soy candles.

Bow Truss Roasters
Quality Chicago-based specialty coffee roaster.

Willa Organic Vodka
A super premium alcohol distilled from organic Italian grain, and blended with the glacial waters of the Nantucket Aquafir.

CH Distillery
Spirits distilled from Illinois grain in Chicago's West Loop.

Fall Inspired Pop-Up Design & Dine Farm to Table

When: Tuesday, November 17, 2015
Where: The Duck Inn,  2701 S. Eleanor St
Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm

This four course dinner focuses on the flavors, colors, nostalgia of Fall and combines the talents of Michelin Starred Chef Kevin Hickey with local ceramic artist, Anneliese Moy. Chef Hickey created a delicious menu with drink pairings, to be served on Anneliese's custom-made 4 piece place setting.

Chef Hickey is known for creating big, bold flavors using local, seasonal ingredients. The Duck Inn just made the list of Esquire's Best New Restaurants in America!
